HOUSEHOLD INCOME SURVEY is an online system allowing parents to complete Income Surveys/Socioeconomic Forms quickly, privately and securely. District staff may process surveys with minimal effort. Compared to online ‘fill in’ forms - the problems of incomplete/inconsistent responses which prevent valid form determinations are eliminated by validations as the parent completes the form.
